About us
At Audio Hub, we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality hearing care, wherever they are. Our independent mobile audiology service brings comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessments directly to homes, workplaces, schools, aged care facilities, supported accommodation, and community settings across Sydney.
Founded by Naidine Al-Oss, an accredited audiologist with just under a decade of clinical experience, Audio Hub is committed to delivering accurate assessments, evidence-based recommendations, and personalised care. We use professionally calibrated diagnostic equipment and conduct all assessments in accordance with Australian audiological standards to ensure reliable and clinically meaningful results.
As a diagnostic-only audiology service, we do not sell hearing aids or provide Hearing Services Program (HSP) services. This allows us to remain independent and focused on objective assessment, detailed clinical reporting, and appropriate referral pathways tailored to each client's needs.

Comprehensive Diagnostic Audiology
Providing independent, evidence-based hearing assessments for children (5 years+) and adults using professionally calibrated diagnostic equipment. This includes: otoscopy, pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry and immittance testing.
NDIS & Clinical Reporting
Supporting NDIS participants through functional hearing assessments and comprehensive clinical reporting. Services include Assistive Technology (AT) assessments, plan reassessment reports, functional hearing reports, and the assessment, recommendation, sourcing, and fitting of eligible assistive listening devices (ALDs) to support communication and participation.
Community & Workplace Hearing Services
Delivering convenient mobile hearing services across homes, schools, workplaces, aged care facilities, and supported accommodation. Services include school and workplace hearing screening programs, third-party hearing assessments, and community-based hearing healthcare tailored to the needs of organisations and individuals.
Ear Impression Services
Professional ear impression services for custom hearing protection, earmoulds, in-ear monitors, swim plugs, sleep plugs, communication earpieces, and other custom ear products. Audio Hub provides the ear impression service only, with impressions supplied to your nominated provider or manufacturer.

Naidine Al-Oss

Naidine Al-Oss is the founder and Principal Audiologist of Audio Hub. With just under a decade of clinical experience, she has worked across private practice, the Hearing Services Program (HSP), NSW WorkCover, Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) services, diagnostic assessments, hearing rehabilitation, and community-based hearing care.
Throughout her career, Naidine has provided comprehensive hearing assessments for children and adults, workplace hearing screenings, medico-legal and third-party assessments, NDIS functional hearing assessments, and detailed clinical reporting for general practitioners, ENT specialists, support coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.
As an accredited member of Audiology Australia (CCP), Naidine is committed to evidence-based practice and delivering high-quality, independent diagnostic audiology services. Through Audio Hub, she is passionate about improving access to hearing healthcare by providing professional mobile services that are convenient, personalised, and centred on each client's individual needs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Audio Hub does not offer bulk billing. Payment is required at the time of your appointment, and you will receive an itemised receipt for your records.
If you have a valid referral from your GP or medical specialist and your assessment meets the relevant Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) requirements, you may be eligible to claim a Medicare rebate directly from Medicare. Medicare rebates are only available for eligible diagnostic audiology services and do not apply to hearing screenings. If you are unsure whether your appointment is eligible, please contact us before your assessment.
Audio Hub provides mobile audiology services across the Sydney metropolitan area. If you're unsure whether we travel to your location, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
No. Audio Hub is an independent diagnostic audiology service and does not provide hearing aid sales, fittings, or Hearing Services Program (HSP) services. Our focus is on comprehensive hearing assessments, clinical reporting, and appropriate referral pathways.
For eligible NDIS participants, we can assess, recommend, source, and fit Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) where appropriate. This may include devices designed to improve communication in everyday environments, with recommendations tailored to the participant's functional hearing needs and NDIS goals.
Most comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessments take approximately 60 minutes.
Hearing screenings generally take 10–15 minutes per person.
Private clients: Anyone over 5 years of age
NDIS clients: 9 -65 years of age
